When I first thought about this topic I was really interested, because nobody wants to look too old, even at 70! However, Rapid Aging occur in some people. This can be saddening.
Rapid Aging is more common with Women. They tend to have an exaggerated look that could make you think you are talking to an older person because of affected tissues of the skin, and Organ malfunctions. Also, Menopause can be reached earlier than normal-this literarily affects the Reproductive system of a woman.
Like earlier said, Aging as well might come in the context of decreased performance of vital body organs E.g lungs,Skin, kidney, heart, eye, muscles, etc.
These organs begin to work as if they are being owned by an Older person.
In men, loss of hair on the head indicates normally, a decline in age (even in women but with less degree) ;but rapid aging results in men include: hair loss, reduced neuronal activities, muscular dysfunction etc-And then you have really harming ones manifestable in both Males and females as; Osteoporosis, Diabetes and Heart Diseases.
Free radicals or Oxidants,, E.g hydroxy radicals, No2, etc(i could remember well about them from studying toxicology) ,are the main agents that cause Rapid Aging. When produced by the body excessively, free radicals bind to membrane of body cells to cause damage that can result into abnormal functioning of body organs and systems. normally, the body has its mechanisms which it uses to ship out excess free radicals from our body. They are called ANTIOXIDANTS .
There are actually AGENTS that can increase rapid aging in both men and women. I will just like to highlight some-because my sole aim of this write-up was looking at foods, fruits that help to Reduce Aging-and inhibit effects of free radicals on your body
These factors include:

-SEXUAL HABIT (some Research findings have it that habits such as masturbation, frequent Sexual intercourse, abortions, can cause aging, especially in women .)
-HERDITARY AND PHYSIOLOGICAL DIFFERENCES : Agreed, some people were naturally born to Age faster than their age-mates. You wouldnt blame anyone for that.
-SMOKING AND ALCOHOL : These have literally hundreds of adverse effects on the human body;including, effect on the body’s systems that controls aging.
FOOD THAT REDUCE RAPID AGING.
– Whole GRAINS
Rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and
antioxidants, whole grains can lower
the risk of age-related illnesses such
as cardiovascular disease and
cancer. Because they’re digested
more slowly than processed grains,
they also help prevent high blood
sugar and diabetes.
Olive Oil is Rich in antioxidants and anti-
inflammatory monounsaturated fat,
olive oil figures prominently in the
Mediterranean diet. It may explain
the lower rates of cardiovascular
disease, cancer, and age-related
cognitive decline in people who
follow this way of eating.
Certain red fruits- including
tomatoes — contain lycopene, an
antioxidant compound that helps
maintain youthful skin texture and
may reduce the risk of some types of
cancer (especially prostate, lung,
and stomach cancers) and heart
You must be accustoms with this
common phrase that “an apple a day,
keeps the doctor away”. That’s
absolutely true. Apples are filled with
abundant nutrient which offer great
support for our immune system. Actually,
a lot are aware of that, but what a lot
people are probably not aware of is that
apples is a great fruit for looking younger, and especially weight loss because of it
high fiber content.
To fully take advantage of it high fiber
content, you have to eat them raw. It is
very important you eat your apple in their
natural state. Doing that, you will not
lose any nutrients the fruits have.
If you really care about your health and
beauty, I would advise you to add nuts to your
eating plan. This food is an enormous source of
unsaturated fats and it can affect your body in
the same way as olive oil does. Recently it has
been found out that people who eat nuts live a
few years longer than those who refuse from this
tasty snack. Such nutrients as vitamins,
antioxidants and minerals, make nuts one of the
healthiest foods. Today you can find different
kinds of nuts that are also a perfect option for
FISH : The conducted researches have shown that
those people who eat a lot of fish almost never
suffer from heart disease or rapid aging. For example, the native Inuits of Alaska are not familiar with this health issue because they regularly consume a big amount of fish. This food is known to be rich in omega-3 fats that will stabilize your Aging, heartrhythms and protect you against cholesterol buildup in arteries.
